Eligibility and 90-Day Guarantee Limitations

Eligibility/Limitations. To be eligible for this promotion, each of the following conditions must be met:

• The listing must be a Global One Guaranteed Plan, with an advertisement purchase price of $189 or greater. The Guarantee only applies to the Global One Guaranteed Plan and does not apply to any other listings that are purchased from Sell It Now Motors.
• The Global One Guaranteed Plan listing must be active on the SellItNowMotors.com site for 90 consecutive calendar days without interruption following the initial start date of the listing. This promotion applies to ads placed on or after November 5, 2007 and only those who have purchased the Global One Guaranteed Plan ($189 and above listing).
• The advertised vehicle must still be for sale, and unsold, as of the date the Refund Request is submitted and the vehicle's title must be in the original Seller’s name or in the name of a lien holder on the Seller’s behalf. Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as a result of the listing or any other online or offline advertising source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible. 
• The advertised vehicle as originally listed must be competitively priced, consistent with the vehicle’s quality, comparable vehicles of the same condition, manufacture, similar year, make and model, and overall market conditions, in order to qualify for the Sell It Now Motors 90-Day Guarantee.
• The Global One Guaranteed Plan listing must be purchased by an Individual Seller. Wholesalers and Dealers do not qualify for this promotion

Refund Process. Individual Sellers who meet the Guarantee Eligibility/Limitation requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed, no exceptions.

• In order to qualify for the Guarantee, you must send a Refund Registration form via certified or registered postal mail postmarked within seven calendar days of placing the advertisement with Sell It Now Motors. Refund Registrations can be mailed to Sell It Now Motors Refund Registration, 1771 East Flamingo Road, Ste. 102, Las Vegas, NV 89119. No Refund Registrations will be accepted via email, fax, phone, or in person. The Refund Registration form is located at the bottom of this page.
• Those who have submitted a Refund Registration may subsequently submit a Refund Request. Refund Requests must be sent via certified or registered postal mail postmarked within seven calendar days following the 90-day Guarantee period. Refund Requests can be mailed to Sell It Now Motors Refund Requests, 1771 East Flamingo Road, Ste. 102, Las Vegas, NV 89119. No Refund Requests will be accepted via email, fax, phone, or in person. • Refunds will be issued within 30 to 45 days from the date of all requirements being met. Should the charge for advertising services be disputed, the resolution of such merchant dispute will govern whether a refund is to be issued.
• Seller must provide a notarized copy of the Refund Request form, a statement of fact indicating that your vehicle is still in your possession, has not been sold or traded, and is currently for sale, and a copy of the title, dated within the refund request period. If title is not available, seller must provide an official, mailed document from lien/title holder stating that the title of the vehicle remains in the original Seller’s name from time of ad placement.
• Sell It Now Motors shall be entitled to retain ad posting, marketing and transaction fees, which amount shall be debited against the refund provided.

• Sell It Now Motors shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been met and may terminate, modify or request further information regarding vehicle status on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued. Sell It Now Motors reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate the 90-Day Guarantee Plan at any time and for any reason
